Club America ‘opens its doors’ for Jimenez return

According to journalist Ruben Rodriguez, Club America are reportedly open to a Raul Jimenez return this summer. However, Jimenez’s preference is to stay in Europe.

The Mexican forward has had limited game time under Julen Lopetegui and a move away from Molineux looks likely. Other reports suggest that there is interest from Turkey and Saudi Arabia for Jimenez.

 

Wolves ‘consider’ Spanish international

A recent report from AS suggests that Wolves are seriously considering Osasuna defender David Garcia with the club tempted by his 20m release clause. 

Wolves have been linked to the 29-year-old previously and he seems to be a player who Julen Lopetegui rates.

 

Mourinho targets Semedo

Nelson Semedo is a target for Italian club AS Roma according to Il Messaggero (via ForzaRoma). Jose Mourinho wants to strengthen his full-back area and is said to be targeting Semedo and Brighton’s Pervis Estupinan. 

 

Corbeanu set for another loan move

Canadian international Theo Corbeanu looks set for another loan move away this summer. A report from sport.ch suggests that the 21-year-old will move to Swiss club Grasshopper Club Zurich, a team with close ties to Wolves.

Corbeanu had two loan spells last season, starting at Blackpool and finishing the season with 2. Bundesliga club Arminia Bielefeld.

 

Wolves submit bid for young striker

Football Insider have reported that Wolves have submitted a bid for 15-year-old ‘sensation’ Reiss Bowen. 

A number of Premier League clubs are said to have expressed an interest in the Fleetwood striker but Wolves are hoping to win the race for his signature.
