Any purchase of our stickers are unfortunately non-returnable. If you require any other information, please email us: info@talkingwolves.co.uk

CLOTHING

Due to our clothing memorabilia being supplied via a print on demand service, we are unable to accept exchanges and refunds. Returns and refunds can only be accepted if the item is faulty and must be returned within 14 days of receiving. You must also pay the return postage. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class (proof of postage). We are unable to track or trace any orders once they have been sent via Royal Mail.

If you are ordering from overseas, once the package leaves the UK then it becomes the responsibility of the relevant country’s postal authority. Once your parcel has left the UK, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
