Wolves Transfer Rumours – June 25

Adama Traore has several offers on the table

Adama Traore has reportedly got several ‘offers on the table’ according to Mundo Deportivo in Spain. It’s stated that ‘one of them’ is from Premier League leaders Liverpool.

We’ve previously stated in a previous Wolves Rumours round-up that Jurgen Klopp’s admiration for Adama Traore is no secret and the German manager has labelled Traore as unplayable.

It’s unlikely that Liverpool would meet Wolves’ valuation for Adama Traore who’s arguably been Wolves’ player of the season.

It’s understood Wolves valued Adama Traore at around £80 million before the restart but his continued inspiring form and game-changing performances will surely have upped their valuation of arguably the best winger in the Premier League.

This could be Adama Traore also angling for a new contract at Molineux and his agent has been known to stir stories in the media in an attempt to better his client’s contract.

Wolves chasing young Barcelona defender

Wolves are reportedly showing an interest in Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo. The 20-year-old is currently on loan at German club Schalke and it’s reported that Barcelona want around €25m for the Frenchman according to Mundo Deportivo.

Todibo has made 13 appearances for Schalke this season as they’ve struggled for form after the restart in Germany.

Barcelona are looking to sell this summer as their finances do look concerning so there may be some wriggle room for a cut-price deal for Jean-Clair Todibo.

Everton are also said to be interested in the defender.

Porto standing firm on asking price for Corona

Porto aren’t willing to budge on the transfer of Jesus Corona. We had previously reported that Wolves are interested in Jesus Corona and Sports Witness are reporting that Porto are willing to sell Corona but they want a club to meet his minimum-fee release clause which is set at €30 million.

Corona has played at right-wing-back for large parts of this season and has been largely impressive. His versatility across a number of positions means he could be the perfect fit for Nuno’s Wolves side.

Wolves slap €100 million price tag on Raul Jimenez

There have been lots of rumours circling around the future of Raul Jimenez. This hasn’t been helped by the Mexican striker openly discussing the rumours in the international press without really denying any of the links.

However, according to AS, Wolves won’t sell the striker for anything less than £90 million this summer which will be welcome news for all Wolves fans. The figures being touted around the press have ranged from anything between £18 million to £60 million. It was reported that Juventus had offered Wolves £50 million for the striker who’s scored 24 goals this season – the most in all competitions for any Premier League player.

A hands-off warning if ever we’ve seen one.

Bonatini returning to Wolves

Leo Bonatini will be returning to Wolves this summer as his loan club Vitória de Guimarães do not want to make the deal permanent reports Guimaraes Digital.

Bonatini has scored six goals in 27 appearances this season and has failed to recreate the form he displayed in the first half of his debut season at Wolves.

It’s thought Wolves will look to offload Bonatini on loan or on a permanent deal.

Thiago Silva destined for the Premier League

Potential Wolves target Thiago Silva will make it his priority to come to the Premier League reports Goal.

The PSG captain is leaving the French capital on a free transfer and it has been previously reported that Wolves are interested in a possible move the Brazilian.
